Mindfulness


Mindfulness is also called attentive presence in Norwegian.


Being aware is to be conscious - to be present - to be consciously present here and now. By exercising attentive presence, one will have greater freedom to react constructively in various stressful situations. Mindfulness promotes good health by being a resource for mastering stress and increasing emotional intelligence.

Increases emotional intelligence (EQ)

EQ is as important as professional knowledge to succeed. Being seen and recognized promotes good health. Through regular practice of attentive presence, we increase the ability to self-observation and self-awareness. This makes it easier for us to be mentally present to others. Strengthening empathy, respect and generosity contributes to better communication and presence to family, colleagues, and friends.

Living a life with balance between stress and rest provides good health. In a busy day, attentive presence will be a method that helps maintain the body's natural balance. We recover more easily after stressful periods and avoid physical and mental wear which in the worst case can make us sick. With increased attention, we more easily discover the body's signals of stress and imbalance.

The feeling of being useful, that we do a job with good quality is important for health. Attentive attendance and attention training will be a very good tool to provide good quality of the tasks we will perform in our everyday life, without having to struggle.

We offer courses and lectures

We hold courses and lectures in mindfulness / attentive presence for businesses and individuals.

  • Lectures where we introduce Mindfulness / Attentive Presence. We introduce basic practical exercises that can be carried out at work or at home.

  • The course in mindfulness is a practical course, in which we place great emphasis on the practicing of exercises and techniques that can be used in the daily work, in order to gain increased control in relation to stress, and more peace in body and mind in daily life.
