Basic Program The Basic program is called Jichu Gong.
The program includes a systematic review of the entire body, with slow, soft movements during concentration and relaxation. Qigong stimulates and strengthens joints, muscles, tendons, nerve pathways and circulation in a natural and beneficial way. Participants receive a book with a detailed description of the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, philosophy and background. All the exercises in the qigong program are also described through words and pictures. In addition, the participants receive an instruction CD that takes them through the entire jichu gong program. After completing the course, participants are able to practice qigong on their own.
